Winnie co-founded American Capital Realty Group and is responsible for the identification and sourcing of new investments, including property management contracts. Over the course of her 35 years in real estate, Ms. Long has been in involved with the acquisition of over $500 million in real estate and has managed over 5,000 apartment units. Prior to AMCAP, Winnie founded Long Realty & Investments, Inc. and Long Property Management, Inc. Additionally, Winnie has acted as a court appointed receiver on various cases often involving very complex partnership issues surrounding commercial real estate. Ms. Long began her real estate career with Century 21, where she was a top producing broker, and subsequently focused on the principal investment and property management side of the business. Ms. Long holds a California real estate broker’s license.
