Richard, Executive Vice President, joined the AMCAP Team in 1995 and leads the property management division of the company, including the oversight of approximately 2,000 residential units and multiple office complexes, retail centers and self storage facilities located throughout Southern California and in Colorado. Over his career, Richard has managed in excess of 5,000 multifamily units and oversaw the collection of over $350 million of rents. Richard received his BA in political science from the University of California, Irvine. He is currently licensed as a Broker in California and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds the title of Certified Property Manager® (CPM®). Richard has been in the property management field since 1983.
